State Hockey Night

By: Gary Merritt - Fri, Mar 24, 2023 10:57 AM

Michigan Knights of Columbus Hockey "Knight" at LCA!

On March 23rd, 2023, we had our 1st ever Knights of Columbus Fraternal Night at LCA (Little Caesars Arena).

The State Board, their families and another 260 Brother knights and their families from around the state enjoyed watching the Detroit Red Wings vs St Louis Blues play an exciting game.  Even though we lost 4-3, everyone had a great time.

Not only did they get to see the State Deputy get a Zamboni ride at the 1st intermission, but everyone got to go on the ice after the game for a group photo.

Next year we hope to double the attendance by having the game on a weekend. Keep a lookout for the date during the summer.

Our next Fraternal Night will be June 24th, 2023, at Comerica Park. Detroit Tigers vs Minnesota Twins.  Order forms for tickets will be coming out within the next week.  We hope we can have a great attendance at this. May God Bless you all.

Our Worthy State Deputy Christopher Kolomjec waves to the crowd from the Zamboni.
