Pictured is the traveling team which brought the vision of the new Fraternal Year, Faith in Action, to the entire jurisdiction. Whew, nine meetings in the seven Dioceses over ten days, they look no worse for the wear.

MICHIGAN STATE COUNCIL TIGER DAY 2018 DETROIT TIGERS VS. CHICAGO WHITE SOX SATURDAY, AUGUST 25, 2018 – 6:10 PM
The 2018 Knights of Columbus Tiger Day will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 6:10 PM against Central Division rivals the Chicago White Sox. As it has been done over the past years all ticket requests must be sent to the State Director of Special Projects and Athletics, Mark Gaworecki. Please note that the start time is 6:10 pm.
DO NOT SEND TICKET REQUESTS TO THE TIGER BOX OFFICE!
This year once again we have tickets in the baseline box seat area along the right field line and in the mezzanine area. The Lower Baseline Box Seats are $45.00 each and the Mezzanine Seats are $26.00 each. We currently have 105 box seats and 150 mezzanine seats for sale to our Brother Knights for this Saturday night game. Since there are no fireworks this year the ticket prices are less than in previous years.
All ticket requests must include payment in full. Orders, which do not include payment, will not be processed. Make all checks payable to the MICHIGAN STATE COUNCIL with Tiger Day on the memo line.
What a great way to spend a warm August weekend evening with your Brother Knights and the 2018 Detroit Tigers. So don’t delay and get your ticket requests in early. You don’t want to be left out. ALL TICKET REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN SATURDAY, JULY 28, 2018.

Michigan's 43rd Ultrasound Machine

Sunday November 12, 2017 marked the dedication for the 43rd Ultrasound Machine in Michigan. Fr. Steve Mattson lead us in prayer and blessed the machine which took place at Pregnancy Services of Greater Lansing’s west side location. In attendance from the K of C State Board was our Worthy State Deputy Ken Unterbrink and wife Ellie. Others in attendance were District Deputy Jim Kraus, Pro Life Chair Couple Tim & Cindy Donovan, along with Grand Knight Andrew Rademacher Brother Mitch Dobrzelewski & other Members from Council #7237 from Dewitt.
Also pictured are Board President Jim Smiertka and Executive Director Nancy Kujawa.
Executive Director Nancy Kujawa provided everyone with the history of the West Lansing Center while thanking the Knights of Columbus for their generosity & commitment to Protecting the Unborn.
Many thanks to all who participated and donated that may not be mentioned, please know that without all of you none of this would be possible.
Let us not forget Supreme Knights of Columbus for their matching funds program which has now crested well over 750 machines Order wide.

Michigan's 47th Ultrasound Machine

Wednesday June 27th 2018 marked the dedication for the 47th Ultrasound Machine in Michigan. Fr. Aaron Ferris began the ceremony with an opening prayer & blessing the Ultrasound machine which took place at Alpha Family Center in Lowell. |

In attendance, GK Tim Hess, FS Joe Sejat, incoming GK Matt VanderWerff and many of our Brother Knights from Msgr. Hugh Michael Beahan Council #7719, MI K of C State Deputy Ken Unterbrink, Pro Life Chair Couple Tim & Cindy Donovan, and Executive Director Christa Wetzel. Others in attendance and pictured are Alpha Board President Jayne Matthews & Vice President Pastor Jon Pickens, incoming District Deputy Patrick Smiggens, District Deputy's Garret Kelenske and Mike Terwilliger, and K of C Grand Rapids Diocesan Program Director Ken Skonecki.
Executive Director Christa Wetzel communicated the importance of this Ultrasound Machine while thanking the Knights of Columbus for their generosity and commitment to Protecting the Unborn. Board President Jayne Matthews also thanked the Knights of Columbus for their overwhelming generosity that has and will continue to change the hearts and minds of those facing difficult decisions.
