Sir Knights of the Fourth Degree brought a proud moment of patriotism to Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School's Homecoming game on Saturday, September 26, as a Color Corps presented the Colors at East China Stadium in Marine City.

The Color Corps was made up of Sir Knights from three area assemblies: St Mary of the Lake Assembly #2804 of Ira Township, Fr John R. Hogan Assembly #2521 of Port Huron, and Richmond Assembly #480. In full Fourth Degree regalia, the Sir Knights carried the American flag onto the field and stood at attention alongside the marching band as the football team stood in line on the field.

Presenting the Colors at a Catholic school's Homecoming is a fitting way for the Knights of Columbus to honor both God and country, and to show students, families and fans what faith-filled patriotism looks like. Thank you to the Sir Knights of Assemblies #2804, #2521 and #480 for serving together and representing the Order so well in front of the Cardinal Mooney community.
