Thousands gathered for the Right to Life Michigan March for Life, which placed special emphasis on supporting women facing        unplanned pregnancies and coincided with the anniversary of Proposal 3, at the Michigan State Capitol in Lansing on Thursday, November 6, 2025.  The Michigan State Council board and members from councils across the state were well represented at the march.

Prior to the march the day began with a Mass for Life at St. Mary Cathedral, just steps away from the Capitol. Bishop Earl Boyea of the Diocese of Lansing presided as well as providing the opening prayer for the march. State Deputy Barry Borsenik lead the marchers in the pledge of allegiance.  Also joining us in the march was Tim Saccoccia, Vice President of Public Policy, Knights of Columbus.

Knights of Columbus members were visible in their yellow safety vests through out the day assisting with the logistics of guiding the over seventy buses that came from across the state with pro life moms, dads, children and students to attend the march. In addition, several of the Knights of Columbus volunteers distributed the Love Life, Choose Life posters and help guide the volunteers through the march route. Thank you all our volunteers who helped make the march a safe and successful one.

A special thank you to the St. Mary Cathedral Council #11694, Lansing, Grand Knight Phil Schertzing for all their help and support leading up to the march and the day of the march.
