Pope St John XXIII Council 5436 donates knee scooters to local senior center

Pope Saint John XXIII Council 5436, serving the Our Lady of the Lakes parish located in Waterford, MI, generously donated three "knee scooters" to the Waterford Senior Center for lending out to those in need. The total cost for three scooters was $475.00. Council Community Director and Waterford Township Trustee Brother Knight Mark Monohon coordinated this effort.

A KofC logo (pictured here) is affixed to each scooter. Receiving the scooters for Waterford Township was Senior aide, Candace Tucker, who greatly appreciated this support as there is a high demand for these scooters.
