O'Kelley Council 3860 Knight of the Month - Joe Salter

Joe Salter is the Dearborn O'Kelley Council #3860 April Knight of the Month. Joe is a guitar player with the Tone Arms and has performed many tines at the old O'Kelley hall, and several other venues. He was a music minister at St. Dunstan, as well as several other parishes. He was honored to play guitar at the closing ceremony for Pope John Paul II when he visited Detroit. An avid volunteer, with three sons that all married in the Catholic Church.
