Mich KC 59th Ultrasound

Wednesday January 8, 2020 marked the dedication for the 59th Ultrasound Machine in Michigan which took place at Beacon of Hope Pregnancy Care Center in Saginaw. Fr. Peter Gaspeny Pastor of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Saginaw provided the opening prayer and blessed the Ultrasound machine. Fr. Pete was joined by Diocesan Chaplain Reverend James Wm. Bessert, and Fr. Mark Hops. In attendance, District Deputy Nick Cain, General Agent Brian Barlow, Regional Director James Callahan Jr., Council #8808 GK Mike Metiva& wife Victoria, Frank Cieslak & Assembly #2049 Color Guard, Madison Velez & Molly McCarthy from Nouvel Catholic Protect Life Club in Saginaw, Lori Becker & Stephanie Flynn from the Saginaw Diocese, Shannon Martin former Director, and current Executive Director Amanda McKim, staff, and Brother Knights & ladies from neighboring Councils. Others in attendance, State Council State Advocate Barry Borsenik, and MI K of C Pro Life Chair Couple Tim & Cindy Donovan.

 | Executive Director Amanda McKim communicated the importance of this Ultrasound Machine while thanking the Knights of Columbus for their generosity and commitment to Protecting the Unborn. State Advocate Barry Borsenik recognized & thanked everyone for their attendance and support of this ministry. Fr. Peter Gaspeny concluded the ceremony by providing us with an inspirational and memorable closing prayer. |
