Lansing Diocese Coats for Kids Event 10-14

On Saturday October 14th, several Lansing Councils helped purchase coats and provided Brothers and their families an opportunity to assist in distributing coats, hats, and gloves to children throughout Flint and the surrounding communities.
A special thanks to Genesee County Catholic Charities Center for Hope for hosting the event.
During the three-hour morning event, the Knights served 401 families and distributed 200 boys coats and 201 girls coats, along with plenty of gloves and hats.
Thanks to all participating Lansing Diocese Councils. This is one of several drives to be held throughout the Diocese in the next couple months.
