On August 23rd the Irish Hills Council 6223 held an exemplification for four new members.  Two of the new members, Thomas Hoving and Dominic Hoving are grandsons of Harold "Joe" Marsh, who was a charter member of the council.  The Investing Officer was DD Matt Girdham who is the son-in- law of Joe and uncle of Thomas and Dominic.
