On May 13, I travelled to Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Lake Orion to attend the monthly meeting of Fr. Thomas R. Carey Council 4764.

 

Before the meeting, we attended a Mass.celebrated by Rev. Dr. Bill Promesso.

 

During the Council Meeting, I was honored to present a Defend Life Banner to Grand Knight Tom Tiffany.  District Deputy Chris Scheuer was part of the presentation.

 

Jim Roback of Council 4764 led the fundraising effort to purchase an Ultrasound machine for the Oxford Pregnancy Center in Oxford.  This was the 100th machine purchased by Councils in the State since the program was started by Supreme in 2008.  The machine was dedicated on February 26, 2025.
