Detroit East April Council of the Month

On Thursday June 1 Paul Thorn, State Deputy Regional Representative Detroit East, had the pleasure of presenting the April Council of the month award to Grand Knight Tony Paladino of Fr. William F. Welch Council #11756 in Port Huron. The Council has met all of the requirements for the Star Council Award for the current Fraternal Year.
