Congratulations to Elayna McDonald on winning 2nd place in the Knights of Columbus Keep Christ In Christmas poster contest at the International level! Her poster was one of several hundred posters in the grades 7 & 8 category submitted from councils in the U.S. and around the world. She previously won 1st place at the council, regional and state contests. Her poster connects the Christmas tree and the Cross as the central events in the life of Jesus.

Elayna is the daughter of Allan and Jillian McDonald and an 8th grade student at Immaculate Conception School. She received a letter of congratulations from Supreme Knight Patrick E. Kelly and a $100 check will be sent to her soon.

Elayne is a very talented young artist and we are proud that she represented I.C. School and Parish along with our Au Lac Council. We hope she continues her amazing artwork in high school and beyond.
