Convention Raffle Round-Up

Now that everyone has returned from the state convention, we can reflect on all the fun

we had being together, including working on the Ladies’ Charity Raffle. THANK YOU to

all the ladies who helped with every aspect of the raffle: buying tickets, selling tickets,

receiving and arranging baskets, organizing and labeling, and helping during the raffle

drawing itself! You are all greatly appreciated and we couldn’t have a successful,

smoothly operating event without ALL of you.

We had a total of 87 baskets donated for the raffle, and we sold $13,400 worth of

tickets! With the generosity of the Weingartz family’s doubling of our sales, it brings the

total amount to $28,800 that will be given to St. Louis Center, located in Chelsea,

Michigan.

For those who are attending the Summer Leadership Meeting in July, there will be

another similar, but smaller charity raffle held during that time that we would welcome

raffle basket donations for. Just bring it with you to registration and drop it off with us; no

need to sign up your donation in advance.
