Anchor Bay Council 5981 carries Our Lady of Fatima in Parade!

📣On June 28th, Anchor Bay Council 5981 carried Our Lady of Fatima through downtown New Baltimore during the annual Bayrama Fish Fly Festival Parade. State Deputy Charlie McCuen and First Lady Pam joined the Council, along with Knights on Bikes, St. Mary on the Lake Assembly 2804 Color Corps, and Au Lac Council 10724. Knights and Ladies passed out over 300 blessed rosaries along the parade route along with Tootsie Rolls. Before the event, children with special needs had help to package each of the rosaries with prayer cards.
On the back of the Council's t-shirts read "Catholic & Proud" along with a QR code that could be scanned to sign up and join.
After the parade, everyone enjoyed some fraternity and BBQ at the Councils chambers at a local Amvets hall.
