2025 Special Olympics Michigan Update - Polar Plunges

We have opportunities to show support to the athletes of Special Olympics Michigan:
1 - Any Sir Knights that can attend the State Winter Games in Traverse City are welcomed to join the Honor Guard for the Opening Ceremonies.
7:30 PM Start time, so arrival approx. 6:00 - 6:30 PM

2 - Polar Plunges are taking place throughout the state. These are fun, high profile events that raise funds to send over 4,000 athletes to the State Summer Games free of charge! To register or to make a donation, click here .
Father Andy Booms of Sacred Heart Parish is taking the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Michigan on Saturday, February 8th in Mt. Pleasant. The Plunge starts at 12:00 noon at the Wayside (corner of Mission & Broomfield). I encourage all of our councils to form a Plunge Team at a Polar Plunge near you!
