Father Paul Ballien is honored for his 25 years of membership

On September 10th, Reverend Paul Ballien, the Detroit Archdiocesan Chaplain and also Council Chaplain for St. John Neumann Council #16169 in Canton, was honored with his 25-year membership certificate and pin during Council 16169's membership meeting.
