UPDATES for the MIKofC Charity Raffle at the State Convention 

 

Just a few reminders before our convention begins in a little over a week! First, there are still a few remaining time slots for ladies to sign up for ticket sales as well as setting up on Wednesday, and for runners and packers on Friday morning during the convention. Even though it's a small amount of time from you, it's a great contribution to this worthy fundraiser for charity! Take a look at the signup sheet and find a spot that works for you!

ALSO, if you are bringing a basket to donate for the raffle, PLEASE FILL OUT A DONATION FORM ONLINE IN ADVANCE to speed up the drop-off process on the island and make our record-keeping easier! By filling out the form online, you can skip the hassle of filling one out when you drop off your basket and you can make sure you won't forget the important information like Council numbers, names and phone numbers we ask for.

Finally, make sure baskets are dropped off to the raffle area NO LATER THAN 11:00am on Thursday, May 22nd. We cannot accommodate later donations due to space and time constraints.
