Au Lac Council 10724 Hosts Church Softball League Cookout

Au Lac Council 10724 in Ira Township hosted a cookout on July 25 for all players in the St. Clair Friday Church Softball League and their families. Approximately 96 people attended the cookout and the grilling was done by brother Knights Brad Vargo and Kurt Goldenbogen. The Council has sponsored teams in the league for over 10 years and this year sponsored two teams. Grand Knight Mark Kehoe has been the league director since 2012 and thoroughly enjoys the faith, fun and fellowship that the league provides to the players and their families. The council has recruited several members over the years through the softball program.
